To improve our education system, we have to place more focus on developing our teachers and move towards project-based learning. It is our job as educators to communicate with our students in a way they prefer to receive information. Each day, our students should be excited when they enter our classrooms. With the changing times, we cannot deliver the content in the same way we received it as kids. We have to understand the mentality of our students, meet them where they are, and instill a growth mindset. The learning that takes place should be an Adventurous Classroom Experience (A.C.E)! In order for this to happen, we have to adopt non-traditional learning techniques. Twenty-first century students require twenty-first century ways of thinking. In our workshops, we will explore technology, film, animation, music, and other innovative practices that will transform every educator’s lessons into an “experience.“
