LaTracy Harris has been the dedicated principal of Beneke Elementary School since 2014.  She is the 2018 Spring ISD Principal of the Year.  Mrs. Harris has been in education for 14 years.  She began her career in 2002 at Hillard Elementary in North Forest ISD as a second grade, self-contained teacher.  In 2004 she moved to Spring ISD as a third grade math & science teacher at Clark Intermediate.  In 2007 she was promoted to the campus testing coordinator position and two years later became the assistant principal.  In 2013 she had the unique opportunity to become an associate principal of two elementary campuses serving 1,500 students.  

Mrs. Harris is a native Houstonian who received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Houston and a master's degree in educational administration from Prairie View A&M University.  She is currently completing her doctoral studies at Sam Houston State University.  

Her educational background and personal experiences has shaped her educational philosophy.  Her motto is, "if children aren't learning the way we teach, then we must teach the way they learn."

Shundra D. Miles is a senior consultant at Houston's most notable minority owned CPA firm.  As a native Houstonian, she attended Texas Southern University and attained a bachelors in accounting and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

Shudnra has excelled in various roles such as Senior Consultant, Internal Auditor, Financial Analyst, and Accounting Manager. With over eight years of experience, her passion for mentorship and community advancement makes it evident that her involvement with Invest in Yourself results in a great partnership.



Jarrod Lewis is a native Houstonian.  He attended the University of Texas-San Antonio and University of Houston-Downton for undergraduate studies.

With Years of experience in marketing and creative direction, Mr. Lewis aims to ensure the standard of "IIYF" is maintained across every avenue.  Mr. Lewis dedication to stay current with the evolving changes and latest techniques in marketing will surely be an assett to IIYF but most importantly, the young men and women we WORK FOR!






Raymond L. Thomas is a Social Entrepreneur who has provided direction and leadership for non-profit organizations over the past 20 years and developing programs for adjudicated and foster care youth, prisoner re-entry, early child care, after-school and charter schools.

In 2007 Raymond founded Xposure Foundation Inc.. a 501c3 non-profit organization designed to expose youth and adults in underserved communities to the worlds of Science, Technology, Finance, Employment and Community Service.  Raymond is currently the Executive Director of Xposure with seven locations throughout Westchester County and New York, Visit the website at www.xposureschools.com.

In 2010, Raymond realized another dream as a founding Board Trustee of New Hope Academy Science and Technology Charter School which opened its doors to over 400 K-5 children in Brooklyn, NY.  Raymond currently serves as Treasurer of NHACS Charter School.  Visit the website at http://newhopebrooklyn.org.

In 2010, Raymond and the late great philanthropist Patricia Lanza acquired a struggling Yonkers based daycare facility, New Little Branches Inc. which provides child-care for infants to 12 year olds.  New Little Branches has since been renamed the Lanza Learning Center, which has quickly become the "Gold Standard" for early childhood education in Westchester County.  Raymond is currently the Executive Director of the Lanza Learning Center.
